Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
All in-stock parts will normally be shipped within 1-2 business days. Special ordered parts normally ship within 4-5days. If a part is on backorder the customer will be notified and either issued a refund or given the option to wait until the part becomes available. Custom made parts can take several weeks, in these cases your entire order will ship when all parts are complete unless other arrangements have been made. Please email ahead for a quote on lead time on custom made or out of stock parts. For parts shipped to US addresses, Rosko Racing will either ship via UPS or USPS of FedEx. All international orders are shipped via USPS. Occasionally parts may be drop shipped from the manufacturer.
 

Returns:
Returns will be accepted if received within 30 days from original date on invoice. Returns must be in original unused/unopened packaging and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns on installed and or used parts. No returns on custom made parts. All returns must be approved in advance via email. All shipping charges for returns will be paid for by the customer unless in the case that Rosko Racing has shipped the wrong part. No returns shipped as COD will be accepted by Rosko Racing.

International Orders:
Rosko Racing can ship packages all over the world. All International orders will be handled via email. By ordering from Rosko Racing you are agreeing to be responsible for any and all duties, customs, taxes, tariffs and any other fees imposed by your country (if there are any). No returns will be accepted on international orders. All packages will be valued at the purchased price. All prices listed on Rosko Racing's website are listed in US dollars.

Cancellation:
Cancellations can be made only if the parts have yet to ship. Cancellations to custom made and special order parts will be charged a 25% fee and will be handled on a case by case basis.
