Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
All in-stock parts will normally be processed and shipped from our facility within 1-2 business days. Orders received after normal business hours will count as an order placed on the next business day. Custom made to order parts, or modified to order parts such as custom sized throttle body adapters can take longer depending on shop schedule. Quoted shipping times from our checkout come directly from the shipper in real time and are not guaranteed by them or us. These times are in addition to our 1-2 business day internal processing times. We do our best to move orders through as fast as possible however we are just a small shop and things do not always work out as planned. In cases of delays beyond a few days we will do our best to notify you of your order status.
Order Tracking:
All orders will have tracking provided once shipped. To check on the status of your order please use the link in your shipping receipt that was emailed with your order. Once your order ships you will also be sent tracking separately, automatically through our site. If you feel you have not received either of these please also check your junk/spam folders before emailing us. These emails go out automatically based on the email address that was entered during checkout. If they aren’t coming through its possible the email wasn’t typed correctly during checkout. We can update this if needed. Please always reference your order number when inquiring about your order.
International Orders:
Rosko Racing ships packages Internationally all over the world. By ordering from Rosko Racing you are agreeing to be responsible for any and all duties, customs, taxes, tariffs and any other fees imposed by your country (if there are any). No returns will be accepted on international orders. All packages will be valued at the purchased price. All prices listed on Rosko Racing’s website are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel any International order deemed suspicious or fraudulent.
Cancellation:
Cancellations can be made only if the parts have yet to ship. Cancellations to custom made and special order parts will be charged a 25% fee and will be handled on a case by case basis.
Returns:
Returns will be accepted if received within 30 days from original date on invoice. Returns must be in original unused/unopened packaging and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns on installed and or used parts. No returns on custom made parts. All returns must be approved in advance via email. All shipping charges for returns will be paid for by the customer unless in the case that Rosko Racing has shipped the wrong part. No returns shipped as COD will be accepted by Rosko Racing.
